Seller of Rubber Process Oils and Base Oils

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is growing so fast that it has to adopt to modern technologies in terms of manufacturing and reporting. The IT department has their one of the biggest project for the company, the SAP Software which will make everything done online and almost paperless. Because of this, they are suggesting that the operation will be centralized in Davao that made a greater conflict on the interest of the employees in Luzon. Almost all employees will be relocated to Davao except for Sales Team and Supply and Logistics Team.

Having 3 kids, and my wife’s job in Makati is very disadvantageous on my part to change residency that’s why I made a desperate move, to shift from Finance to Sales team. I started my first 2 years in Phoenix as Accounts Receivable analysts while the 3rd and 4th year as Sales Analyst. I don’t intend to transfer to other Business unit but as they say shift happens and it is true that’s why my position now is Salesman under Lubricants department.

Every new endeavor is very hard but once you persevere, you will end up successful. Selling is different from what I have experienced most of the time in the office that’s why I will maximize the use of my resources, that’s my blog. I’m writing this post to advertise the products I’m selling: Rubber Process Oils and Base oils like SN 500 and BS 150 to name a few but we have complete list of lubricants available for end-users. For those who are technical people, they know where these products are being use.

  9. Congratulation Biboy! You have finally decided to join the sales team.
I know the apprehensions you might be having. But I'm telling you, once you have experience being out on field and meeting people, you might not want a desk job anymore. You will find it too boring and monotonous. I am talking from experience. I should know. I've been there. Sometimes we are given tasks that will test our limits. And this will surprise you. So, just go out and have fun. You have the making of a salesperson. I am just a phone call away if you need my assistance. GOOD LUCK!!!
